For service to/from Sutphin Blvd, take a Queens-bound train and transfer. For service at Briarwood and 75 Av, take trains (which will stop here 24/7 in the Manhattan-bound direction).

If you're jetting out of town, keep in mind that trains aren't running to or from Sutphin Blvd-Archer Av-JFK all weekend. Your best options for getting to or from the airport are taking the to Howard Beach-JFK Airport, the to Sutphin Blvd-Archer Av-JFK, or the LIRR to Jamaica.
